E-motion EV Charging App – Refund Policy

At E-Motion recharge Solutions Ltd (“E-Motion”), we are committed to delivering a seamless and reliable EV charging experience. If you experience issues or are unsatisfied with a charging session or any related transaction, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Failed Charging Session: You were charged for a session, but your vehicle did not receive power, or the session could not start due to a technical error.
  • Double Charges: You were billed more than once for the same charging session.
  • Incorrect Billing: You were charged an amount that does not match the pricing displayed at the time of initiating the session.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: You identify a transaction on your account that you did not authorize.
  1. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Charging interrupted or stopped by the user.
  • Inability to charge due to user errors, such as improper connection.
  • Idle fees or parking charges after charging is complete.
  • Network downtime not caused by E-motion but by third-party operators.
  • Expired promotional credits or unused wallet balances after expiry of subscription.
  1. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within seven (7) days of the transaction. You will need to provide the following:

  • Charging session ID or transaction receipt
  • Date and time of the session
  • Charging station location
  • Description of the issue

  1. Processing Time

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7business days to your original payment method or E-motion Wallet.

  1. Changes to the Refund Policy

E-motion reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Users will be notified via the app or email in case of update of modification.
