General Terms and Conditions – Subscription Packages

E-Motion Recharge Solutions Ltd (“E-Motion” or the “Operator”) operates and maintains an Electric Vehicle (“EV”) charging network (the “E-Motion Network) across Mauritius. As of [Insert Date], the network consists of [X] AC chargers and [X] DC chargers (the “Chargers”). E-Motion reserves the right to add or remove Chargers at its discretion.

Subscription packages can now only be purchased through the official E-Motion Mobile Application, available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

1. Subscriptions

1.1. A Subscription Package is activated once:

– The Customer has registered and agreed to the Terms and Conditions in the Mobile Application;
– The Customer has completed payment through the Mobile Application;

– Confirmation of activation is received via email or app notification.

1.2. Each Subscription Package is valid for one year from the date of activation.

1.3. After the one-year period, any remaining balance will be automatically written off and cannot be carried forward, transferred, or refunded.

1.4. Subscription Packages are non-transferable.

1.5. The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to promptly update any changes.

1.6. RFID cards will only be issued to fleet management users. A management account will be provided to the Fleet Management account holders whereby they will allocate the funds to their different fleet users.

1.7.  All authentication and access to services will be handled via Mobile Application.

2. Payment

2.1. Subscription Packages are prepaid and will be activated only upon full payment confirmation through the Mobile Application.

2.2. Current package rates are available in the Mobile Application and on the official website.

2.3. All payments are non-refundable, regardless of whether the Subscription is used fully or partially.

3. Utilisation

3.1. The Customer agrees to use the Chargers responsibly and in accordance with the Usage Rules listed in the Mobile Application and on the website.

3.2. The Customer may view their usage and balance at any time through the Mobile Application.

3.3. E-Motion will provide notifications via the App regarding:
– Network updates (e.g., charger additions/removals);
– Subscription activation or termination;
– Updates to the Subscription Package.

4. Termination

4.1. E-Motion reserves the right to terminate the Subscription immediately in the following cases:
– Failure to meet payment obligations;
– Misuse or damage to Chargers;
– Violation of Terms & Conditions, including suspected fraud or unauthorized usage.

5. Acknowledgment

By subscribing through the Mobile Application, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
